The City of Pharr Aquatic Facility is a major regional recreation and competition venue developed as a joint effort between the City of Pharr, PSJA, and UTRGV affiliates. Located at the southwest corner of West Sioux Road and U.S. Expressway 281 in Pharr, Texas, the facility was designed as a fully enclosed aquatics center serving athletes, students, families, and the broader community.

The project includes an Olympic-size 50-meter pool, a dedicated diving pool with platforms and boards at 3-meter, 5-meter, 7-meter, and 10-meter heights, and stadium-style bench seating for spectators. The building also features a shared public entry area designed to organize and separate administrative functions, along with public and family restrooms, concession areas, coach and trainer offices, and support storage spaces.

Situated on an approximately 11.85-acre site, the aquatic facility provides a modern, year-round venue for training, competition, recreation, and community events. The project reflects the City of Pharr’s commitment to expanding public amenities and creating high-quality civic infrastructure for the Rio Grande Valley.
