In partnership with Alonzo and Yolanda Cantu, The Warren Group Architects has transformed a full city block in the heart of McAllen into a vibrant arts district. Featuring repurposed historic structures, new studios, lush public green spaces, and a striking stained-glass mural, the project celebrates local culture while fostering education and creativity. This redevelopment strengthens the city’s monthly Art Walk and provides an enduring cultural destination for the Rio Grande Valley.
